David is an experienced committee chair and holds non-executive roles on the Boards of the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER), where he is chair of the Investment Committee, and the University of Portsmouth, where he chairs the Finance and Infrastructure Committee. He was a senior member of KPMG UK’s Debt Advisory team and prior to that spent 17 years in corporate banking. David lives locally and his two sons were educated at Hampton School.
