We are delighted that three more of our Drama pupils have been nominated for the Trinity College London’s Class of 2025 Hall of Fame. These awards recognise the achievements of students in Trinity’s Arts, Drama, Music and English Language qualifications in the UK & Ireland.
Upper 5 student, Lottie U has been named in the ‘Overcoming challenges’ category which celebrates success despite difficult circumstances or barriers. Lottie’s nomination focuses on her ‘BrightEyes’ concept – a pair of glasses that look completely ordinary but discreetly include a speaker, screen, and camera to help neurodiverse students navigate the classroom with confidence, which “exemplifies creativity, perseverance, and purpose.”
Upper 4 student, Isla C and Upper 5 student Allegra A were both named in the ‘Creativity’ category. Isla was praised for her “palpable enthusiasm for the weird and wonderful when it comes to performance. She has consistently produced incredibly unique and memorable character developments throughout her examinations, and she is unafraid to explore a variety of characters in a way that displays an abundance of creativity.” Allegra’s “drive and the precision and clarity with which she expresses herself” was particularly noted, describing her as “an engaging speaker who is able to capture the attention of an audience with skill and flair.”
