Last week, Junior pupils from every year group took part in a series of interactive workshops focused on Internet Safety, ahead of Safer Internet Day this week.
The sessions covered a wide range of age-appropriate topics, including the importance of showing respect online, thinking critically about what — and who — we can trust, and making thoughtful, responsible choices when using social media. Pupils were encouraged to consider how their online behaviour can affect both themselves and others.
Through discussion, practical examples and interactive activities, the workshops sparked thoughtful conversations and gave pupils the opportunity to reflect on their own digital habits. Many pupils shared their ideas and asked insightful questions, helping to reinforce key messages around staying safe, positive and informed online.
These workshops form part of the school’s ongoing commitment to supporting pupils as they navigate the digital world with confidence, care and responsibility.
